Was cleaning my toshiba laptop w/windex and looks like some got inside the screen b/c now it looks bad..help?

Cleaning w/windex my Toshipa laptop screen. Looks like somehow some is behind the screen b/c there is a discoloration on one side of my screen now. Eeeeek!!! How do I take the top apart?
