Does a dead wasp scare off other wasps?

I have yellow jackets that somehow get in the two front bedrooms of my house (no, there is no nest or holes, I've checked many times, and my window has a screen with no holes. I have NO idea how they get in.) It's bad enough to where one day while sitting on a stool by the window I looked down to see a wasp CRAWLING on my leg. Bad memory. So anyways I ran down and got windex and since the wasp was on my window sill I drowned it in windex to kill it. Later I came home and there was two more dead wasps. One stuck on the inside of my screen and one on another part of my window sill. It's been about a week now and I haven't seen any more wasps, so I was wondering if the dead bodies of other wasps scares them off?
