Is this practice fatal?

okay, so recently there have been a few moths in my house, and i have been killing them with Windex. I usually spray it on the carpet. After i kill them i use paper towels to pick em up and throw them out. I also turn on the fan to diffuse the Windex. Can the Windex be fatal or harmful?
