Why wont my NES games work?

i cleaned my ninja turtles game because thats the only one i have now. and it plays all glitchy and i cleaned the crap out of it. i even replaced the 72 pin connector thing and no matter how long i clean the game, its always glitchy. i cleaned it with windex and a q tip if it matters.
