The windows in my car have a white film?

I live where it gets really hot and dry in the summer time, I've used glass cleaner, windex and window cleaners made for cars, no matter how many damn times I clean the windows this stupid white film keeps appearing on all the windows, inside only, after a week or so, how can I get rid of it?
