I can keep my room clean, but not NEAT...anyone else have this problem?

lol.. it's so bad. everything will be clean (as in dusted, windex'ed) yet everything will be messy... anywho.. i just cleaned my room again for like the 2nd time this month! -__- i cannot keep my room neat at all..no more than a week ugh =[
