Is Windex an ammonia based cleaner?

Ok so i have some extreme powder buildup on my 22 and i was wondering if i can use windex to clean the barrel to help remove alot of it? Would that be a good idea? Ive heard you can use it on Guns with corrosive ammo so im guessing its heavy duty. Would it be ok to clean my gun just once?
